$15 per class

ADult Class Descriptions

BEGINNING & INT/ADV BALLET
Beginning level and Intermediate/Advanced level Ballet classes for adults. GUS Faculty are experts at teaching Ballet to adults of all levels.

ADV BALLET
Advanced Ballet class for the professional and pre-professional dancer. Taught by Mike Gosney, Artistic Director of Elements Ballet. 

PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE (PBT)®
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative program taught by Fury Gold and developed by Marie Walton-Mahon, ARAD RAD RTS, that brings Pilates to ballet specific training. Students are encouraged to bring their own stability ball (under 5’ 3”: 55cm, 5’4” over: 65cm, pump available for inflating).

BEGINNING & INT/ADV JAZZ
Beginning level and Intermediate/Advanced Jazz classes for adults. GUS Faculty are experts at teaching Jazz to adults of all levels.

INTERMEDIATE HIP HOP
Intermediate level Hip Hop class for adults with some dance experience. Learn fun Hip Hop combinations and choreography.

BEG/INT MODERN
Modern will help expand your range of movement, loosen the joints, and increase your strength and flexibility by exploring the use of gravity, breath and musicality. 

BEGINNING & INT/ADV TAP
Matt Pospeshil is an expert Tap Dance technician, and is great at teaching adults new to Tap Dance, as well as challenging advanced Tap Dancers. His style will give you a blend of Traditional Tap Dance mixed with new techniques. Tap students will explore dancing to multiple genres of music, and expand their physical and mental education in a musical way!

YOGA SCUPLT
Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks! You’ll combine free weights with a vinyasa yoga flow and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.
