PROGRESSING BALLET TECHNIQUE (PBT)®
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative program taught by Fury Gold and developed by Marie Walton-Mahon, ARAD RAD RTS, that brings Pilates to ballet specific training. Students are encouraged to bring their own stability ball (under 5’ 3”: 55cm, 5’4” over: 65cm, though we have a few balls available for those wishing to try a class. Pump available for inflating).
Beginning level Giordano Jazz class for adults. Pattie Obey is a master Giordano Jazz teacher trained by Gus who is an expert at teaching adults who are new to Giordano Jazz.
Beginning Modern will help expand your range of movement, loosen the joints, and increase your strength and flexibility by exploring the use of gravity, breath and musicality.
BEGINNING AND INT/ADV TAP
Matt Pospeshil is an expert Tap Dance technician, and is great at teaching adults new to Tap Dance, as well as challenging advanced Tap Dancers. His style will give you a blend of Traditional Tap Dance mixed with new techniques. Tap students will explore dancing to multiple genres of music, and expand their physical and mental education in a musical way!
Pilates Mat class will aid students in achieving balance between their mind and body, while improving posture, strength, stability and flexibility. Hailey Wood loves introducing adults to the benefits of Pilates.
Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks! You’ll combine free weights with a vinyasa yoga flow and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Lauren Giordano Whittington is an expert Yoga Sculpt teacher. Lauren is passionate about always giving her students the best class.
