Choreography Intensive

Storytelling Through Dance For Camera

  • June 30 - July 2, 2025

  • 4:00pm - 6:00pm

  • Age 8 - 28

  • Camp recommended for Int/Adv dancers prior to Choreography

  • MINI CHOREOGRAPHY INTENSIVE highly recommended after Dance Camp 3 from 10am-4pm | Train all day!

  • Three-day intensive for dancer that wants to showcase their choreography

  • Choreography Intensive focuses on you creating choreography for the camera

  • Discover storytelling through dance for the camera

  • Master teacher guides dancers on how to choreograph with small group

  • Work to create a dance filmed on last day - edited video emailed to you to keep

  • GUS® has an incredible history of training dancers for every dance genre! Choreographers, Broadway, Rockettes, movies, television, dance companies, cruise ships, master teachers & college professors

  • Intensive location: GUS® | Original Gus Giordano Dance School located in family-friendly Andersonville | 5230 N Clark St | Chicago

  • Dancer must be eight years as of 6/1/25

  • Attire for class emailed by May 30 - YOU decide attire that sets the tone of your piece for filming day

Gus Legacy Foundation, non-profit, founded in 2017 provides accessible dance programs to underserved youth and young adults to increase their physical and mental health, confidence, and to gain critical skills that last a lifetime.
