Steps To Enroll

GUS® enrollment server is powered by “Mindbody". When you select your class you are in the “Mindbody" system.

1. Click “Enroll Now”

2. Review class contract & click box “I agree with the above terms”

3. Click “Make Purchase” button

4. Click “Create an account”

5. Enter your first name, your last name, and create a password for your Family Account - Click “Add family” button

6. Enter first name and last name of your dancer. If you have more dancers, click “Add another”. Click “Next” when finished adding family members.

7. “Mindbody" will ask you to check the following boxes when you set up your “Mindbody” account:

   • “Send me emails with the latest news and promos”
   • “I agree to the Mindbody Privacy Policy and Terms of Use”

   Check both boxes to receive FULL details on your dancer’s SCHOOL Dance Class including enrollment confirmation, attire details, show info & more!

8. Click button “Yes, create this family account”

9. Check your email and enter code

10. Select the family member you are enrolling in the class

11. Complete your dancer’s profile information

    “Mindbody" will ask you WHAT DO YOU WANT TO HEAR ABOUT? when setting up your dancer’s “Mindbody” profile:

    • Account Management
    • Schedule Updates
    • News & Promos
    Check ALL THREE boxes to receive FULL details on your dancer’s SCHOOL Dance Class including enrollment confirmation, attire details, show info & more!

    Click “Save”

12. Continue to Check out and purchase class

13. Enter credit card information, check box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and type in your full name to confirm - click “Buy”

14. After ordering, select tab “Step 2: Select Class” to enroll

15. Make sure you select your class before leaving Mindbody
