Sarah Giordano Curran

Being a member of the Giordano family, Sarah has been surrounded by her grandfather’s legacy her entire life. While attending dance events and performances for her grandfather and being involved at the School, Sarah fell in love with jazz dance. She danced at the School as a GUS Company Member from age 7 until she graduated high school. Sarah graduated from the University of Alabama in 2019 with a BA in dance and a minor in creative media. She was featured in pieces at the University of Alabama choreographed by Lawrence Jackson, Rebecca Salzer, and Blair Andersen. Sarah choreographed and performed at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland with Yonder Dance Company. Sarah is now a faculty member at the School where she teaches and choreographs on children of all ages. She loves teaching children and observing how they grow in the studio! She is honored to continue her grandfather’s legacy with her mother & two siblings.
